Understand AI, apply it sensibly, and check its results
For AI to help in daily work, employees need practical experience and the ability to judge its results. Our training combines accessible fundamentals with exercises from your everyday work. We account for different levels of prior experience and create room for questions – including about mistakes, responsibility, and changes to their own work.
Request trainingDifferent experience, one shared starting point
Some employees already try out AI every day. Others have little experience, have been disappointed by results, or are sceptical about using it.
We clarify beforehand where your team stands and which tasks are relevant. We align content and exercises accordingly.
What participants learn
Recognising suitable tasks
For which work can AI be helpful? Where do other approaches make more sense? What responsibility stays with people?
Giving clear instructions
How do you describe the task, context, and desired result? How do you improve an answer when the first attempt isn't quite right?
Judging results
How do you spot incomplete or implausible answers? Which statements do you need to verify? When is additional expert review required?
Handling data responsibly
Which information may you use in the intended tools? What limits and internal rules apply to your work?
Exercises rooted in daily work
Depending on the audience, we might work on preparing customer letters, structuring notes, summarising longer texts, or making recurring tasks easier with templates.
The exercises use suitable examples and take your company's tools and guidelines into account.
