Hoch-AI helps mid-sized companies put AI to good use. Founded in 2025 by Nicolas Hoch, based in Fischerbach in the Black Forest.

Nicolas Hoch started out in a very hands-on way: with an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for devices and systems at a mid-sized company in the Black Forest. This was followed by technical inside sales, a degree in industrial engineering, and then a degree in business informatics focusing on AI and big data analytics.
He built his first own application at 17, for his parents' bakery. Today he combines technical implementation with SME experience and is your contact from the first conversation to day-to-day operation.
Nicolas Hoch also works at Siemens. He runs Hoch-AI independently of that.

We work intensively with AI agents, in development, documentation, and preparation. That makes us fast. Professional decisions, review, and responsibility stay with people.
