Security and ownership: what you can rely on

If personal data is accessed, we sign a data processing agreement in advance. For tax firms and other professionals bound by confidentiality, we also agree on the appropriate confidentiality undertaking.

We run the AI solutions for our clients with hosting in the EU, in your cloud environment, or on our own infrastructure.

We grant permissions on the principle of least privilege: a solution only sees the data it needs for its task. We only access your systems ourselves by agreement.

AI applications come with their own risks, such as prompt injection or unintended data leakage. We protect our solutions against them, guided by the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications.

You own the code with its history, usage rights, documentation, and infrastructure as code – excluding general methods and reusable components we use across projects. Operation by third parties is possible; you are not tied to us.

The contact form uses Formspree. For appointment booking, we link to Calendly, which is only accessed once you open the link. Both services process data in the USA. Details are in the privacy policy.
