For a software provider in the HR management space, we are building a multi-tenant AI assistant that runs in the customer's cloud and connects to the platform's existing systems. The project is ongoing; acceptance is planned for 2027.

The problem
The platform's users expect AI features right inside the product. The provider's development team knows its own software inside out, but not every quirk of language models. Answers have to be reliable, tenant data must stay strictly separated, and costs per tenant have to stay under control.
Solution
We are building a multi-tenant AI assistant that runs in the customer's cloud environment and connects to the platform's existing systems. Users can also give input by voice. Guardrails limit what the assistant may do and output, and monitoring keeps quality and usage visible at all times.
