In ongoing operation, the Essenz assistant stays deliberately lean. The solution uses a small Azure infrastructure running inside the customer's own tenant, which avoids unnecessary platform or service fees.

This keeps ongoing costs predictable and manageable even for smaller teams. No mandatory support contract is required. The assistant is built to run in an existing Microsoft 365 environment after initial setup.
Like any software, it occasionally needs care, for example when Microsoft changes interfaces or models. Maintenance, adjustments, and extensions can be commissioned separately when needed or handled by your own IT.
